To create wonderful and innovative Christmas stockings this year is one of the things in which you can invest some of your talents and creativity. You want your children to be the happiest of all. Get them something they are going to love. Filling Christmas stockings with candy is a good idea but adding some nutritious things is an even better one. This way you can also tell what things your children prefer to eat and control their diet.

Some other ideas include stuffing stockings with beautiful stationary items. Girls usually like funky and colorful things. You can have a pencil box, a set of crayons, or markers and scrapbooks. For older people you can have some office supplies, for example paper weights, file covers, nice-looking folders and pens. Men love car and sports accessories. You can buy some garage items and tools for their car and a whole sporty theme including rubber balls shaped like golf balls, special pens made for every sport, badges, and even signed photographs of popular players.

For smaller children you can have something educational, for example building blocks, Lego or counting cards. Other gift items include yo-yo's, magnets, play-dough, drawing books, and moving toys. Whatever item you buy, make sure it will be of real use to the person you're giving it to and create some healthy stockings for your children this Christmas.
